WILL!!!
Just a quick update Will is 2. I wouldn't say he is a terrible 2 infact he is a pretty good 2. We love this kid he travels good.  WE have taken him to St. George a bit, he has been to Montana, California and all the states in-between, he has just got back from going on a trip to Canada with his dad.  He loves to just get in the car and go. He is happy as long as he is busy and fed. He is a pretty good eater he love the treats though.  He might bet a double wammy from both of his parents.  You can get him to do just about anything for a treat except for go on the potty.  He refuses.  The hard part is that he wants to where undies sooooo bad that it is practically killing him.  He loves. He is our little copy cat. He follows Wes around like a puppy and wants to be and do what ever his big brother does which makes him a bit of a trouble maker just like Wes.  He is happy and fun, and his favorite thing to say is "like you too, love you too."  You have to say it back when he starts it out like that.  He likes to end every sentence in BABY!! "you are stinky, baby!" or I mean everything! He loves to say that you are stinky and that you are a fruit ....anything....cake, snack, eyeball.  You name it.  He is very silly. Will makes funny faces and is totally into pretending. Everything is a gun or a sword.  He loves cowboy stuff and rides his pretend horse everywhere.  He loves diggin' in the dirt.  He is totally into loving the scooter that he is learning to ride.  Will makes crazy funny faces and does really strange walks runs and jumps. Will is right around 38 pounds he is in the 50 % for his weight he is in the 80% for his height.  He is growing like a weed and is solid strong little guy.  Will still has a huge noggin and like to wear his dads hats cause they are the only ones that fit his head.  He also has a cowboy hat that he loves to where.  Will loves his baby brother Wade and love to "show"him how to do big kid things. We love our big guy Will and are so excited to have hime in our family!

They are all blurry because he doesn't sit still! :)

12-15 months!!

Pictures to come of birthday fun and randoms!

Will is getting big....Well he has always been big. Now he is just turning into a little boy. He is about 15 months old and full of it. He is a snuggle bug and love to hug and snuggle. I love it. He goes to bed like a champ and still takes 2 naps most of the time. Completely opposite of Wes. Who did none of the listed above. Will is talking a bit saying; dad, ball, football, basketball, mom (when he is sad), tractor, baby, puppy, dog, and GO! GO! GO! While watching football, and loved to say ho! ho! ho! over Christmas. He loves to play with his ball toys over anything else. He has a great arm and throws them all over the house. He is walking all over, it is exhausting just watching him. He also loves horses and riding. He is bashful and sweet and so much fun. Well love this little guy

6 or 8 months

Well Will is officially 8 months old. But for some reason I have missed 2 check ups. How does this happen?? Either way I took him in and he is way ahead of the game for a 6 month old:)
Height: 28 in
Weight: 19.6 lbs
Head: 97% no need for measurements
He is barely in the 50 percentile. I thought to myself. How could this be. He is huge! I don't know what it is. Maybe his head?? But really Wesley's weight at this age was much less. And he was always above average at his visits. How is my little monkey barely in the average. HUH?!? I don't know what they base it off of but I was thinking. Are kids just generally heavier these days or what?? It is ok that he is average I just would like to know what they base it off of. Either way he did great! He got his shots and hardly cried. He is one tough cookie. We have to go back in 6 weeks because I am behind on his shots and he would need his 9 month check up then anyway. I will try to keep this posted and try a lot harder on keeping Will up to date!

All I want for Christmas!...

Will got his first tooth!!
After weeks of a snotty nose and coughing and 2 very swollen two top front teeth. One tooth popped through on the BOTTOM!! HAHA I couldn't believe it. He has been so miserable and then a bottom tooth pops through with out any indication of it even coming through. It was so funny. This was last Wednesday, and it has been growing and is very sharp. Then after some more swelling and snotty nose one of the top teeth popped through yesterday! WAHOO!! I can just feel the relief he feels. Poor little guy it has been a rough few weeks. But we are on the down hill, at least till he starts with the other teeth. It has been a new experience for me, I didn't even know Wes was getting teeth till he bit me. I am just feeling for this poor baby. HE is usually the happiest baby and the last few weeks he can hardly breath and his gums were completely swollen, it was just sad. I am just so happy to have my happy baby back. It is so hard to see your babies in pain and hurt and you really can't do anything about it but wait. I want my boys to know that I would be there for them through thick and thin. I love them both so much!

WIlliam Alan Christensen

William Alan Christensen
October 25, 2010
Time:
Weight:
Length:21.5 inches
Story:
It started on Sunday the 24th....Let me back up. I had stood in line all night on Saturday for the local pumpkin walk. Kind of a tradition. Didn't have any issues I was actually feeling really good and had a bit of energy. We were in line for like 2 hours. It was great. Went home and went to bed. Sunday rolled around and I hadn't slept real good. But I felt like I had to go potty a lot. Which we all know is normal. I had felt a bet more liquid than normal and didn't think anything of that either. Normal Sunday church, dessert night, and home to bed. But the leakage was getting progressively more and more. I went to bed and was having really strage dreams. Again not un-normal. But at about 4 am I woke up and literally ran to the bathroom. I thought my water had broke in bed but apparently it was just in my dream, but right as I got to the potty a huge gushing feeling happened. I knew my water had broke. YAHOO!! I had never felt that naturally it was much better than the alternative. So I woke up Brandon who asked me if I was sure my water had broke. I said yes but I wasn't having any contractions. So I actually went back to bed for a bit. I think it was around 6 or so we called my mom and told her it was time and that we were dropping off Wes and heading to the hospital. And that we did. I still wasn't having any contractions. They admitted me and started my on patosine. Which brought on the contractions. I walked the hospital floor for awhile, in circles it got old really fast. And didn't really increase the contractions at all. I ate lots of popcycles and ice. I drew on the little chalk board they had. I was pretty bored and the contractions weren't bad at all. In fact Brandon would give my a hard time because I would sort of laugh when I got them, hey it helped me breath. Well finally the nurse came in I wasn't progressing real fast I think I sat at a 4 for quite a long time. The nurses were so nice, until she came in to inform me that my Dr., who swore to me that he would be there and would not let anything happen to me, was out of town!!!! AAAAAHHHHH!!!! I wanted to die. "This is not part of my plan":) What plan well that was the only plan I had planned on. The nurses told me they would try to get ahold of him, and they did try alllllll day! I was getting ready at about a 6 when the nurse came in and told me Dr. Housel was in Southern Utah and on his way home. And the procceeded to ask me if I could hold off?!?! Are you kidding me?? I will try my best? She said it would be 3-4 hours before he got there. So they stopped my pitosone and I sat and slept. Around 6o'clock the dr. said he was about 1/2 hours away. wahoo.... So they started me back up and I waited a little longer and the contractions were getting stronger. I waited as long as I could. Then I got the Epidural. It wasn't the best one I have ever had but it worked all right. I could definitely feel baby crowning. It was very painful. I think I pushed 3 good pushes and out Baby Christensen came. We had a skin on skin moment and it really was a special moment, I was feeling so blessed like no one else was in the room. It was really amazing. I remember feeling similar when I had Wes but this was different. Brandon later asked me about the conversation he was having with the Dr. and I can honestly say I had no idea what was said to this day. Baby Christensen had no name for nearly 2 weeks after he was born. I could not decide between William and Owen. I felt strong about them both. We finally decide since Wes was a family name we would keep it in the family. We named him after my Great Grandpa William Wright. We are so greatful to have Willaim in our lives and can not describe the huge blessing that this little bundle of joy has brought to us so far!! We Love you Will and are so excited to have you with us!
